职位描述：
The English Improvement team under Talent Development, HR&M, aims to contribute to ByteDance's global communication and collaboration by improving ByteDancers' English proficiency, enhancing their intercultural competence, and broadening their global context. We hope to fuel talent growth, inspire organizational vitality and ultimately improve ByteDance's competitiveness in global business. Our solutions include English learning products and services, such as self-study materials, English proficiency assessments, trainings, learning communities, and activities.

Job Description:
1. Design, administer and deliver in-house language training programmes on request, in the global scope;
2. Deliver, administer and deliver non-training projects e.g. workshops, community building, events, etc, in the global scope;
3. Design and conduct regular standardised speaking tests, assess and evaluate test takers' language proficiency, offer professional feedback and suggestions;
4. Collaborate with other functions and departments, contribute to the selection, consolidation and development of appropriate learning resources, materials and core content, including but not limited to online self-study modules, placement tasks and onsite workshops.
职位要求：
1. Native English speaker; Bachelor degree or above;
2. Passionate in cross-cultural communication, relevant background preferred;
3. Minimum 3 years of experience as an EFL/ESL Teacher/ Corporate Trainer, or comparable position. CELTA or equivalent qualification preferred;
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
