Description:

Participate in SE China Data Platform implementation project as Data Warehouse, work closely with IT solution team and IT partners to design advanced Data management / Multidimensional statistical analysis applications, drive the implementation of data application systems

Responsibility

1. Work with Business team evaluate data related demands, propose effective & advanced Data Architecture / solution to align company strategy(30%)

Strong Interpersonal communication skills, Strong leadership/convincing capability, Rich & advanced experience in Data architecture and solution design, Strong ownership

Strong Business Process Knowledge & Working Experience in Manufacturing

2. In charge the architecture/ solution design and project delivery of Data/Advanced Analytics related projects (50%)

Excellent hands-on Technical competence in Data/BI domain, fast learning capability

Experience on working with SAP/BW

3. Interact with Global IT Data Domains & IT Partners, ensure solution alignment and Competence development (20%)

Strong leadership, Good English communication skill

People management experience

Qualifications:

• 8+ years working experience in big company/projects. Focus on Data/BI technology.


• 5+ years working experience as Datawarehouse Architect.


• Master Datawarehouse technology. Data modelling and ETL (especially Informatica PowerCenter).


• Master relevant core components on AWS (S3, Redshift, EMR, Ec2, DynamoDB, Lambda, SQS/SNS etc.), be able to independently complete the construction and performance tuning.


• Have a deep understanding of Spark Core, Be proficient in developing and tuning functions through various RDD operators.


• Performing data product and data solution design, with a focus on data source, data structure and data standard management.


• Executing research and analysis to provide data insight and data innovation with new technology
