Compliance manager or supervisor

·         Support the supervisor to draft and implement compliance policy and program and remediation plan.

·         Ensure business activities and initiatives compliant with GC BCS by reviewing and approving eCATs.

·         Independently detect and identify compliance risk and violation of law, regulation or GC BCS within covered operating unite/functions.

·         Provide day to day compliance counsel and support to operating unite/function covered.

·         Ensures alignment with legal and ethical standards of the organization.

·         Develops employee communication and training programs that focus on the elements of a companywide compliance program.

·         Analyzes metrics and audits functional compliance program.

·         Drive policy COE or Ethical culture COE.

·         Maintains current knowledge of laws for financial, advertising and marketing reporting, regulations, and industry guidance that impact the company's compliance program.

Requirement:

·         BA/BS, advanced degree

·         Minimum 6 years’ experience

·         Knowledge of FCPA, and Chinese laws and regulation.

·         Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.

·         Experience in all areas of:

          Compliance and regulation

          Devising and implementing SOPs

           Training

·         Independent and proactive, able to advance ideas and influence others.

·         Sense of urgency could identify proper time for escalation if needed.  

·         Maintaining effective partnerships and working relationships with key stakeholders on an understanding of their concerns, needs and motivations.

·         Strong drive for results and solution oriented.

·         Fluent in English reading, writing and verbal.
