职位描述

1. Purpose of the Job 工作目的

- 加入百威中国数字化B2B平台创始团队,负责相关经销商管理及能力提升

2. Accountabilities 职责

- 基于公司数字化和转型的要求对Tier1&Tier2 经销商管理和策略进行规划

- 提升经销商经营能力和运行效率

- 设计并执行经销商能力评估和培训项目

3. Qualifications and Technical competencies required资质和专业能力要求

Education教育

- 本科学位及以上

- 商科背景为佳


Experience 经验

- 至少4年工作经验

- 有丰富的经销管理发展经验,了解经销商运营

- 较强数字化思维及数据分析技能
