职位描述

Description:

The Project Quality Leader supervises the complete scope of Quality within the Offer Creation Process (Marketing, Design, Manufacturing, Supply chain, Continuous Engineering / Sustaining etc.) for a new Offer to achieve Customer Satisfaction.

Ensures that the Offer quality is built-in to reach the satisfaction of the future customers.

Guarantees the best application of the Project Management system of reference (OTM, PMP, PEP…).

Main responsibilities:

- Ensure that the Offer quality is built-in to reach the Satisfaction of the future customers

- Define Offer Quality Goals based on quality field experience, and lead project team to be accountable for meeting the quality goals of the project;

- Guarantee that the Voice of Customer is well collected and analyzed in order to provide robust and ranked customer requirements to the project team

- Ensure that all customer requirements are well taken in account from Open to Close and provide all means to get them protected in PEP

- Support, coach the team on methods and quality tools needed to reach Robustness, Customer satisfaction and Quality targets

- Make sure that risk identification, assessment and mitigation plan are managed and updated in the project (assist the Project Manager, or lead by delegation)

- Guarantee the best application of the Offer Creation Processes and the collaborative and function processes

- Establish the Project Quality Plan (inside the Project Management Plan), get its validation, and lead its execution

Qualifications:

Personality:

- Results oriented

- Strong business orientation and customer focus

- Excellent Communication skills

- Capacity to challenge the organization and the key leaders

- Excellent leadership qualities, with an open and collaborative working style

- Ability to work in an international / multicultural context

- QS experience is a plus

Skills / Experience:

- Post graduate degree / Masters - 5 years,

- Min 5 years of experience in R&D, Quality, Business Process Excellence, Continuous Engineering / Sustaining or Product Management

- Experienced in applying various quality methodologies like six sigma in Problem solving or Product development / evolution.

-Good analytical problem solving and organizational skills.
