Job Description:              

1. Cooperate with legal team to review all contracts which contain IP terms;

2. Daily consult for trademark use and copyright checking for 5 brands design team, marketing team and sales team;
3. Collecting and online approval for copyright Declaration filing by supplier;
4. Assist IP Supervisor to collect use evidence for trademark Administration case and civil cases;
5. Responsible for manage new brands overseas registration and authorization issue;
6. Other IP related matter in company;

Professional profile: 

1. Bachelor's degree or above; 1- 2 years working experience in IP Agency or law firm;

2. working language English and Chinese, general technical skills and knowledge of computer systems and components;
3. Excellent written communication and report writing skills; proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point;
4. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to build working relationship with internal and external partner
