1. As part of a global PDR team and work with Shanghai colleagues and GRD to make sure that the PDR related RM is properly working and managed globally, informally report to PDR Phase 2 leader.

   作为Global PDR团队一部分，协调上海相关团队成员关于PDR中针对原料方面的工作和管理，PDR问 题非正式汇报于PDR Phase 2 leader.

2. Develop and Maintain the analysis method and operation procedure of instruments in lab, ensure compliance with National standard and Global’s requirement. Leading the effective operation of laboratory measurement system, ensure the repeatability and reproductive of measurement data.

   开发和维护实验室检测方法和仪器设备方法，符合相关国家标准和总部要求。主导实验室测量系统的有效运行，确保测量数据的重复性和再现性。

3. In charge of the relevant items’ analysis for the trial product, monitor the data statistic for daily test, and give the technique support by the data statistics.

    负责新产品试验中成品或成品相关项目的检测，监控实验室检测数据统计，并通过数据统计方式给相关各方以技术支持。

4. Supplier on-site audit based on the auditing plan, ensure the supplier meets National laws and regulations and PVM's requirements. Annual appraisal for suppliers according to the supplier management control procedure.

   按照计划对供应商现场审核，确保符合国家法律法规和PVM的要求。每年按照供应商管理程序对供应商进行年底质量评估。

5. Train and direct other team member in the lab, ensure use correctly testing method and instrument operation procedure.

   培训并指导实验室其他团队成员，确保正确使用检测方法和仪器操作方法。

6. Fulfill other tasks when needed.

   需要时，完成其他质检相关工作。

任职要求：

Requirments:

  

1. Have related experience in the food industry more than 3 years

   至少3年从事食品加工行业相关的经验

2. Good cross function communication and coordination ability and trouble shooting.

   具备跨部门沟通、协作能力及问题解决能力。

3. Excellent English reading and writing skills, excellent Oral English is preferred.

   需具备良好的英语读写能力，具备良好口语能力为佳。

4. Good command of Q&FS management system e.g. ISO9001,FSSC22000, and supplier quality management  

   熟悉质量及食品安全管理体系如ISO9001及FSSC22000，供应商质量管理

5. Good command of quality control of chemical laboratory and  RM.

   熟悉化学实验室质量控制和原辅料

6. Travel.出差
