You will provide financial and controlling expertise to the Electrification Distribution system business. You will be responsible for accounting reporting, analyze business performance, and recommend areas for continuous improvement.

This is a Business Controller role, reporting to the Business Controller in Business Area – Electrification located in China.

- Preparing of financial reports by executing accurate and timely completion of accounting activities in compliance with internal guidelines and procedures and external regulatory requirements.
- Performing general accounting activities and recording financial transactions. Executing accounting analysis and reports in support of finance and business leaders.
- Participating in internal control testing and the preparation of required documentation. Maintaining audit trail and documentation for future internal and external audits and reviews. Coordinating with internal and external audits and reviews.
- Supporting the preparation of relevant organization financial reporting, business planning, budgeting and forecasting documents and presentations by providing summary data, reports, findings, analyses, and recommendations.
- Compiling and analyzing metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and communicating information to relevant groups to support corrective action plans.
- Performing benchmarking of key performance indicators with external and internal peers.
- Working with other finance professionals in to understand and analyze the drivers of financial performance, while identifying trends relevant to the business.
- Establishing and overseeing the processes and tools necessary to obtain transparent and reliable financial data and business information, driving continuously improvement.

- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Must have 5-8 years of experience in an Accounting or controlling role.
- Must have experience with computerized accounting systems and financial reporting software, experienced SAP user will be a plus.
- Good to have experience working in a Multinational company.
- Must be familiar with US GAPP and PRC GAPP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) reporting guideline.
- Must possess outstanding attention to detail and accuracy, ability to multitask, independent, strong minded and self- motivated.
- Good written and verbal communication in English and Chinese.
- Must have a strong team spirit, change mindset and capability to lead changes.
