ABB’s Electrification business is a leading provider of a full range of protection, control and measurement solutions - enabling safer and smarter electricity flow from substation to the point of consumption. You will develop and operate EL digital common platform, marketplace platform and other digital tools & gateways in China according to global/local market requirements, keep platform service level agreement, support digital projects commission & provision, create and maintain service catalogue as well as knowledge base, manage incidents and route cases to the responsible parties.

This is an EL Digital Operation Specialist role, reporting to the Product Marketing Director in Business Area – Electrification located in Xiamen, China.

- Monitoring, operating and maintaining EL Digital Platform (ABB Ability Energy and Asset manager, other digital tools, etc.) and keeping service level agreement declared.
- Doing china marketplace platform support, coordinating with global marketplace team, EL global team and local operating team to on boarding new EL digital solutions and maintaining existing portfolio.
- Building up testing/verification/operation platform from device, gateway to cloud as operation platform including full portfolio.
- Doing EL Digital Platform Quality gate and new release.
- Supporting customer and digital projects with commission and provision, troubleshooting (device from different divisions, gateways, cloud platforms, etc.) as Tier 2.
- Managing cases, bugs, incidents and changes on EL Digital Platform and prioritizing in EL DevOps, collaborating with EL R&D teams and PMs.
- Managing back office, license manager and other back end operations.
- Creating relative knowledge base and service catalogue to better support the market.

- Must have a bachelor’s degree or above.
- Must have minimum of 3 years technical working experience in related field.
- Must have experience in Azure and/or Huawei cloud, DevOps approach: Cloud applications deployment/Cloud operations (including, but not only monitoring, incident troubleshooting), TCP/IP based networks, cabled and wireless, IoT and/or industrial protocols (Modbus, IEC...).
- Preferred to have knowledge in HTTP, MQTT, AMQP protocols, C#, C and Python, Cyber security and electrical experience will be a strong plus.
- Fluency in English communication.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, good time-management skills and a team player.
