3. 开发与管理战略客户，制定、实施战略客户管理改进行动
4. 严格管理O\T\S价格
5. 制定、实施O 价格改进行动
6. 负责按计划回收应收帐款与坏账
7. 管理SG&A
8. 制定、实施销售团队培训计划
9. 与区域人事经理一起，制定、实施一线销售团队建设计划，为一线销售团队提供职业发展规划
10. 考核服务销售业绩

2. Experience工作经验
？ 8 Years industry experience focus on Sales, Sales Management, or Marketing management.
8年电梯行业销售、销售管理、或市场管理经验。
