ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The incumbent will also be responsible for, but not limiting to the following duties:

• Support regional LSS to solve clinical related issues and laboratory methodology related problems.

支持区域LSS解决临床相关问题和实验室检测方法学相关问题。

• Assist in risk management of assay and achieve consistency with clinical department or laboratory department through communication.

协助项目风险管理，可以通过沟通和临床科室或者检验科达成一致。

• Responsible for the improvement of LSS medical knowledge, statistics and other related knowledge level within the region.

负责区域内部LSS医学相关知识、统计学相关知识等水平的提升。

• Supervises the assimilation of frontier knowledge of Medical Laboratory and a massive continually emerging body of medical/scientific information about disease states and therapeutic treatments related to companies’ products and deliver the message to LSS and customer.

监督与公司产品有关的检验相关前沿知识, 疾病状态和治疗方法的大量不断出现的医疗/科学信息和的吸收，并将信息传达给区域LSS和客户。

• To work with sales team to achieve business target in the region.

与销售团队合作，实现区域内的业务目标。

• Carry out lectures for Laboratory/Clinical departments to improve the retention rate of products.

面向检验科/临床科室开展讲座，提升产品的保留率。

• Visit and support customers with academic needs in the region.

拜访区域内有学术需求的客户并提供支持。

• Summarize common issues happened in region, report to high level and cascade solution to the frontier.

总结区域内发生的常见问题，向上级报告并逐级解决前线问题。

• To provide high quality technical support to users and achieve customer satisfaction

为用户提供高质量的技术支持，并获得客户满意。

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION & SKILLS:

· Doctor of Medicine or equivalent degree from medical school, or PhD of related science.

SKILLS:

· Excellent English skills in speaking, reading and writing

· Familiar with statistic software

· Experience in product development is preferred

有产品研发经验优先

· With laboratory or clinical background, both backgrounds are preferred

具有检验或者临床背景，双重背景者优先

WORKING EXPERIENCE:

· Two years related working experience in medical industry.
