职责描述：
1、根据公司品项采购流程的规定，筛选和确认供应商。对供应商进行日常管理并发展良好业务关系。通过对供应商进行评估，不断提高供应商对公司的服务质量；
2、通过竞标、商谈等方式，确定价格、合同条款、服务方式；与地区或全球品项采购成员和团队协作， 参加地区或全球的项目会议，优化采购。协助香精业务进出口流程，确保进出口业务顺畅；
3、分析和寻求香精品项采购的成本节约机会和供应保障，确立成本节约/优化/保护项目和原料本地化项目，并进行有效的推进；
4、对供应商定期进行评估，维护供应商档案，建立危险品原料的运输和储存的管理制度，引导并改善供应商管理；
5、完成月度报告，对重点原料市场行情进行分析，提供适时的采购建议；
6、其他相关的品项采购工作。



任职要求：
1、食品、香精相关专业本科以上学历 ；
2、有至少3年以上香精生产公司的采购经历和经验；
3、良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力；
4、良好的商业敏锐度和处理复杂事务的能力；
5、熟练的英语沟通能力；
6、熟练使用Outlook，Microsoft 等办公软件，有SAP系统使用操作经验者优先考虑
