Your Mission

• Lead and manage to successfully deliver the assigned IT Warehouse Management System projects, end-to-end, ideally through applying PMI methodology effectively

• Ensure full understanding of project scope to be able to design detailed project plans

• Document business requirements and translate it into technical configuration

• Lead and execute the system testing and troubleshooting with the corresponding IT team and external vendors

• Manage and execute IT cutover activities to ensure smooth project Go-live.

• Manage the change management approach for respective project and ensure changes are smoothly and successfully implemented to achieve lasting benefits

• Provide end user support (inquiry, troubleshooting) on Manhattan system

• Execute daily interface monitoring to ensure data accuracy. Coordinate with infrastructure team in performing regular HW maintenance

• Manage eCommerce WMS vendors to ensure all standards and KPIs are met, and drive system enhancements to support big events (e.g. double 11). Actively identify business improvement opportunities and implement solutions

• Respect business needs, and work with business users and external vendors to implement optimized solutions. Manage and participate in the steps/milestones of requirements analysis, solution design, test, and etc throughout the process

• Plan and manage budget related to IT Warehouse Management Systems through tracking and reporting the monthly budget accruals and variances and ensure timely and accurate payment

Your Talent

• Bachelor’s degree in business field, computer science or equivalent knowledge gained through working in similar roles

• Minimum 5 years in hands-on support or implementation in Manhattan system. Minimum 5 years in Multinational corporation support is preferred.

• Good understanding of Retail industry, preferably Apparel

• Core experience with Manhattan software including SCI report. Good knowledge of ERP/Manhattan/WCS interface design

• Solid knowledge of end-to-end business processes in sportswear industry.

• Willingness to think out-of-the-box and do innovation

• Excellent time management skills and organizational ability

• Good collaboration with global/local teams and local vendors

• Familiar with Change Management and Project Management

• Able to work in the warehouse which is based in Taicang

• Willing to work overtime for important/emergent tasks if needed
