In this position, you will be responsible for the technical sales support activities as part of packaging and solutions team in the ABB electrification business. You will work in close cooperation with ABB and 3rd party factories supplying the electrical equipment as well as the project execution team to define optimum system solutions to be offered and delivered to our customers locally and globally.
This is a Sr. Sales Support Specialist role, reporting to Packaging & Ehouse Profit center manager in Business Area – Electrification, distribution Solution, located in Xiamen and Shanghai, China which provide defined services to the internal customers with best quality in the most efficient way.

1. 销售支持 支持销售团队/客户确定技术合理及成本高效的解决方案以及准备具体需求响应方案,在技术会议、产品介绍、谈判及提供产品解决方案培训时提供技术支持。
2. 方案准备 基于客户技术规格书、供货工厂的支持方案和市场销售的具体规则,准备和支持技术/商务报价。参与项目团队组织的项目启动会。
3. 成本计算 计算投标方案的成本和价格,并和销售做有效沟通。
4. 风险评估 根据ABB的政策为风险评估流程提供信息,必要时也参与到具体项目的风险评估。
5. 竞争力分析 从已有市场信息及销售提供的信息中分析客户的具体需求及ABB方案的竞争力
6. 丢标分析 对丢标项目进行丢标分析,识别潜在原因并提出可改进行为建议,以期将来更好的结构。本科专业以上,电气工程、自动化等专业 |
至少8年以上工作经验,其中至少3年在项目类型业务中作为销售(技术)支持,倾向于有跨国企业工作经验 |
必须具备电气领域的背景,特别是中低压配电系统 |
流利的英文和中文沟通 |
积极主动的工作和学习态度; 良好的客户导向及结果导向 具备多任务处理能力,能分轻重缓急,同时协调多个项目 |
