岗位职责:

? Maintain payroll related system and provide technical data collection documents every month.
? Manage payroll process including payments, deductions, socials and tax.
? Support the payroll validation process and review payroll results in order to complete payroll sign off per payroll schedule.
? Gather and summarized lodgments updates every month via working with entity HR or agents.
? Monitor and support banking and payment process
? Support time and attendance for payroll calculation.
? Manage and coordinate with the payroll partners(HR Connect, HR opes, BU HR, HR agents)
? Monthly and annually individual income tax filling and tax refund based on local regulation, and tax deduction management;
? Monthly social insurance and housing fund settlement and annual review;
? Employee’s work injury management and register;
? Employee’s retirement and medical treatment management;
? Maternity allowance application at Labor Bureau;
? Support HR related internal and external audits including social benefit; labor audit and tax audit;
? Researches and responds to questions received from HR and employees;
? Other duties as assigned to support department and corporate objective

任职资格:

? College degree or above.
? At least 2 years of HR payroll experience
? Operational experience on compensation, social insurance and salary tax calculation. Familiar with national & local labor related laws
? Attention to detail, strong data, analytical & pressure-management skills
? Customer service experience and good communication & interpersonal skills
? Good English skills in basic reading and writing
? Good in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
? Positive and self-motivated, good teamwork
? Professional in managing confidential information
? SAP system experience will be a plus.
