职位描述
岗位职责：
1、了解产品需求并结合商业目标提出创新想法，完成界面的流程设计、原型设计，确保高质量UI视觉产出；
2、主导设定整体视觉风格和UI设计、主导交互规范的制定和实施；
3、与研发工程师紧密配合, 跟进产品设计、开发和上线的整个过程，保障产品设计的有效落地；
4、进行用户体验研究和分析，整理和积累交互创新想法。
1、 视觉传达、工业设计专业本科学历，企业级产品专业UI视觉设计的经验3年以上，经验丰富者优先。
2、 有主导设计和制定过企业级产品项目的视觉风格和UI规范，并有成功案例者优先；
3、 较强的逻辑思维、梳理归纳能力，善于分解任务；
4、 良好的沟通与语言表达、执行与学习和时间管理能力；
5、 对各种产品或常用软件有强烈兴趣并有灵敏触觉，富有创造力和激情
6、 能够熟练使用WebStorm、Dreamweaver、Photoshop、illustrator等设计开发类软件完成界面的动态交互和视觉的展示。
7、 责任心强，良好的对外沟通和团队协作能力，主动，好学；
8、 请同时发送相关设计作品或链接 ，有H5开发经验的优先。
