职位描述

1. Accountabilities 职责


Lead in developing commercial training strategies that are aligned with business objectives.

Lead in developing commercial College annual training plan according to commercial capability development needs

Design, deliver, manage and facilitate commercial training programs and other initiatives (e.g. talent program trainings, Wholesaler capability development programs, commercial learning campaign programs, training database, Global Management Trainee training & development, budget).

Train-The-Trainer (TTT) to get qualified in-house trainer to roll out basic commercial training in BU.

Lead in managing training resources, including in house trainers and training materials.

Lead in establishing Commercial training curriculum matrix aligned with EP requirements.

Train and help BU Training Specialist manage commercial training in accordance withAPACUniversitypolicies and procedures.

Develop generic training material and deliver when needed.


2. Qualifications and Technical competencies required资质和专业能力要求

Education 教育背景:

Bachelor and above education,


Experience 工作经验:

5 years of commercial experience in FMCG (beer is plus) and management or training management experience.


Technical competencies: (Job related) 技术能力(岗位相关的)

Knowledge of industry trends and best practices

Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skill

Good logical, analytical and planning skills

Innovative and be a quick learner

Efficient time management and results oriented

Skilful in office software

Strong career interest in training and organization development

Fluent in spoken and written English
