职位描述

Responsibililty:

Develop strategic relationship with key customer he/she owns (flagship store on VIP) based on category, shopper and channel understanding
Negotiate and align JBP with key customer, with regular joint reviews on achievements /KPIs
Manage customer investment through ROI evaluation and trade terms optimization
Effectively plan & monitor business performance
Implement brand CRM strategy in line with E-commerce customer
Manage daily and mid-term interface with customer
Ensure high quality service and optimized shopping experience to key customers/shoppers through cross functional teamwork
Distributor operation efficiency management

Requirement:

Bachelor Degree; CET >=4, good in written and oral English
Minimum of 3-5 years of online key account management
IT skill: MS office, Excel and Power point
Familiar with Ecommerce marketplaces and business
Proven track record in driving aggressive sales results
Ability to build and maintain good relationship with customers
Familiar with in-direct business (distributor model)
Communication & presentation skills
Initiative taking
Strong influencing skills, team player
Goal oriented and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
