GENERAL MISSION
Your role will be a key strategic role in the marketing team organization & BEAUMANOIR China Organization.
You will be in charge of all 360 degrees marketing branding (IP/Collaboration) campaigns including planning, execution & communication strategy (online/offline).
You will lead the branding marketing team to create marketing campaigns especially IP / Collaborations projects and work with internal teams as well as external vendors to deliver these campaigns. You will also have a key role of creating buzz & being visible on social media platform (RED, Weibo, WeChat, Douyin etc.)
KEY DUTIES & ACTIVITIES
IP/Collab Campaign: Planning, Execution & Communication
- Own the branding (IP / Collaboration) marketing campaign calendar. Initiate and deliver overall integrated campaign planning based on existing media planning and lead all the cross functional teams including retail marketing, social, and graphic team in the development & implementation of campaign strategies, execution & communication.
- In charge of IP / Collaboration marketing planning across different departments, consolidate all the messages to ensure the consistency in terms of products and marketing for both online and offline.
- In charge of sourcing, negotiating and further executive communications with external project partners including IP agency, other brands and talents (Artist, photographer, illustrator etc.)
- Structure IP / Collaboration Brand story over Social Media platform (RED, Weibo, WeChat, Douyin etc.) in order to create buzz & being visible on social media platform
- Post evaluates campaign performance by conducting or coordinating research and tracking project development, and then collating results into regular quality reports.
Marketing Intelligence and Customer Insights (offline/online)
- Supervise market insights to support business needs, include brand surveys and customer panels.
- Provide qualified competitor research with support of related team including but not limited to marketing action observation, brand visuals, social actions etc…
- Identify communication opportunities based on customer insights, as well as opportunities for Co-ops & Co-branding
- Based on customer insights, work on brand platform and suggestions of how to identify Cache Cache key values
- Identify online competitors’ good practices especially on social network platforms (RED, Weibo WeChat etc.) & Test accordingly new ideas / concept.
JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of proven experience in Marketing, in either fashion or FMCG, prior experience in strategic or marketing consulting firms is a plus
- Strong understanding of social medias & platform ecosystem (RED, Weibo, Douyin, etc.)
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Strong sense of ownership and proactiveness in following through each campaign and project
- Very committed and accountable with high sense of responsibility to follow things through regardless of challenges.
- Result-driven and the ability to optimize resources to deliver results
- Native Chinese speaker mandatory. Good in both written & spoken English. (French is a plus)
