Key Activities

-       Administration, installation, maintenance and monitoring of enterprise-wide systems including network devices, servers and database.

-       Lead to establish and archive a series of IT security policies and processes to ensure safety of company data and operations

-       Make sure the smooth running of infrastructure, network, security tools and back up

-       Lead to conduct regular security audit, identify potential risky point, take actions of quick fixing and long term improvement plan if needed

-       Lead helpdesk team for set up and troubleshooting of employees' hardware and software

-       Manage lifecycle of IT hardware, devices, and network related assets, from procurement to disposal in accordance with company's policy.

-       Collaborate with application team, department users, and external vendors for implementation of IT project

-       Coordinate with France HQ IT team regarding various IT initiatives.

-       Manage Linux and Windows server environments: handling Linux/Windows environment builds, including installation, administration, performance monitoring/tuning, security hardening, troubleshooting, OS upgrading, security patching, and production operations.

-       Provide database support for Global Oracle and SQL Server database platforms, Keeping the database environment compliant with the technology roadmap.

-       Diagnose and troubleshoot Linux/Windows server and database problems and recommend feasible IT solutions.

-       Manage external vendors and ensure they are compliant with internal SLA.

-       Other duties assigned by your line manager.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

-       5+ years' IT infrastructure experience, retail industry background will be a strong plus.

-       University graduate in Computer Science / Information Technology or related disciplines.

-       Excellent knowledge and experience of Linux/Unix & Windows systems, understanding of UNIX/Linux and Windows integration issues, and High Availability strategies.

-       Experience with Windows Linux servers in a virtualized environment, familiarity with Linux scripting languages

-       Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic & analytical skills.

-       Knowledge of SAN / NAS solution, VMWare ESX, Citrix XenDesktop, Netbackup will be a plus.

-       Good time and priority management skills, Good communication and interpersonal skills.

-       Able to build positive working relationships and works collaboratively with global teams.

-       Able to work independently and under pressure; good sense of service.

-       Good command of both written and spoken English.
