Main Accountabilities /Key Tasks

- Accountable for the creation, monitoring & improvement of the demand plan (3-8 months) in collaboration with sales, marketing, finance and supply chain based on the commercial plans (operational and tactical horizon) as input for the Hub and the S&OP process in order to fulfil the demand at the required service levels in the most (cost) efficient way.

- Accountable for the baseline forecast.

- Monitor and challenge the promotions and customer forecast with analysis/facts; improve the demand plan via advising & influencing sales teams

- Lead the monthly demand review process as part of the S&OP cycle and align availability with Hub.

- Accountable for OpCo Forecast Accuracy and Bias together with Sales teams.

- Accountable for product allocation under supply constraints.

- Accountable for setting sales target.

Requirements

- Bachelor degree or above

- 7+ years sales experience in MNC, 5+ years sales demand management, in FMCG is preferred

- Good at figures, sense of business, excellent working knowledge of computer

- Proven record and experience to work with 3rd party agency (promoter)

- Good leadership & work effective with others.

- Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills

- Positive, proactive approach to drive changes and offer solutions to complex issues

- Good interpersonal skills, detail-minded, customer-oriented, a self-starter & good team player

- Strong project management skill

- Proficiency in written and verbal English & Chinese

- Proficient MS software literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
