Main Responsibilities:

1. HR System

·Success Factor system management, communicate closely with global HR on success factor project progress； · Support Staffing section of Power BI system, design relevant tables according to requirements;

·Cityray payroll system management

2. C&B

·Monthly Payroll (Including foreign employees & non FTE);

·Quarterly personal cost Review & Plan;

·Annual IIT final settlement arrangement;

·Annual social security and house fund base adjustment;

·Support HRD to finish the annual salary review

· Personal cost productivity analysis, etc.

3.Other Supporting

·Support other big events, such as annual party, workshop, etc.

Must

Bachelor degree above

Professional experience / Skills:

Must More than 5 years C&B experience;

More than 1 year working experience in HR System;

Detail-oriented, conscientious and ambitious

Preferable Relevant experience on recruitment.
