Operations Improvement

1.    
Compile and review all sites’ capacity, total output and cost
of manufacturing. Develop methods to continuously drive performance improvement
and output maximization.

2.    
Relate on-site situation (through diagnosis and on-site
visits) with current/future Operational requirements (eg. Production Capacity,
Quality required instruments, storage needs)

3.    
Base on Business & Operation needs, review budgetary
submission.

Quality

1.    
Gather, monitor, analyse and report Total Quality Management
(TQM) related indicators and establish certain initiatives to achieve
continuous improvement across the Group.

2.    
Set measurable targets for the team, define priorities and
workload of team members, guide the teams to achieve these targets and monitor
team’s performance.

3.    
Act as main interface for quality related topics between
countries.

4.    
Participate in quality related diagnosis activities.

Safety

1.    
Gather, monitor and analyse safety health indictors for the
Group.

2.    
 Co-ordinate and
maintain a Safety council to promote and foster an open dialogue in exchanging
best practices, risk mitigation solutions, lessons learned, compliance and
conformance topics.

3.    
Co-ordinate specific EHS projects or initiatives that may
transpire out of corporate strategies, targets and metrics, focused topics,
common risk areas and “hot spots”.

4.    
Participate in safety diagnosis activities.

Suggested Requirement

1.    
Willingness to travel (50%)

2.    
Basic Financial knowledge will be advantageous.

3.    
Basic Database and Supply Chain knowledge will be useful.
