Job Responsibilities

工作职责：

- Facilitate order placement process with suppliers

同供应商一同进行订单处理

- Obtain all necessary accuracy approvals for bulk production

为大货生产获得所有必要的准确性批准

- Solve production and quality issues to ensure quality standard of the company and on-time delivery, capable to bring solutions for any late and quality issues

解决生产和质量问题，确保公司的质量标准和准时交货，有能力对任何延迟和质量问题提出解决方案

- Ensuring Brands’ comments in place within the timeframe and suppliers go along with the instructions.

确保在规定的时间内，品牌的意见到位，供应商遵守指示

- Monitoring weekly production plan and shipment tracking & meet associate parties in order to check out and solve problematic issues

监控每周生产计划和出货跟踪，并与相关部门会面，以检查和解决问题

- Following strictly the Company Policy, Codes of Practice and General Delivery Instructions to both internal and external contacts

严格遵守公司政策、业务守则和一般交货指示，对内部和外部联系人

- Maintenance of all related info, record and details are up to date in system.

维护系统中所有相关信息、记录和细节的更新

Job Requirements:

职位要求：

- Ability to impact, influence and negotiate both internally and externally

具有对公司内部和外部进行影响和谈判的能力

- With multi-tasking and problem-solving skills

具有多任务处理能力和解决问题的能力

- Willing to learn and able to adapt to a new environment

乐于学习并能很快适应新环境

- Motivated, Open minded, Confidence, Hard-working

积极，开朗，自信，勤奋

- 3-5 years experience in footwear business

3-5年鞋类跟单工作经验

- With Footwear factory background will be advantage

有鞋厂工作背景者优先考虑

- Knowledge in footwear manufacturer process

具有制鞋工艺方面的知识

- Experience in dealing with European customers

有与欧洲客户打交道的经验

- Good command in English (oral and writing)

良好的英文能力（口语及书面）
