MISSION

Support Telemetry & Remote SCADA Solutions (TRSS) Business in the China, take lead the business strategy in the specified geographical scope including pre-sales and post sales support process, help growth and profitability in collaboration with the sales team, capturing and representing country and customer voice within the Telemetry domain.

Responsibilities：

1、Provide customized product presentations and demonstrations with the sales teams in meetings and technical discussions

2、Assist in all pre-sales activities in customers' pursuit phase as required, including active participation in TRSS conferences, industry conferences, partners' meetings and product trainings

3、Grow existing accounts by promoting new modules and our Software Reliance Program (a software service agreement)

4、The ability to do something well, often acquired through training. Skills are divided into two categories, general and domain-specific.

Domain-Specific Skills

1、 Pre-sales support experience in TRSS System or similar real-time information system.

2、 Must be capable of installing, configuring and explaining the value of all TRSS System components.

3、Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Platforms the SCADA System leverages:，such as windows sever、windows desktop Oss、microsoft office platform including sharepoint、SQL server

4、 Able to accommodate up to 30% travel.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

· A degree in an appropriate engineering / computing sciences discipline

· Further experience and migration towards business and commercial acumen through formal business training

· Good presentation skills

· Excellent Communications skills (written and verbal) – English primary language but additional languages a plus

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

· At least 3 years of increasing experience in the industrial automation business. Should have at least 1 years of experience in Telemetry or Remote Monitoring applications.

· Leading competitors include ABB, Siemens, CSE, Emerson.

· Strong technical background with telemetry or process control software as applied in markets such as Oil and Gas, Water/Wastewater and Power.

· Extensive experience partnering with customers, Representatives, OEM’s and systems integrators at all levels, to drive business results.

· Proven ability to work independently to deliver results in a fast-paced customer driven environment.

· Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

· Self-motivated with good problem-solving skills
