Key responsibilities & accountabilities：

Execution
of the local Merchandising Strategy aligned with MCC Merchandising Concept Guidelines

• Following the implementation of Merchandising Strategy through 5 Pillars

• Store Layout

• Department Layout

• Equipment

• Presentation Concept

• Signage

• Analyze and optimize the current merchandising concepts, this includes:

  -Identify potential gaps

  -Enhance the current concepts with new ideas

  -Create innovative concepts

  -Give feedback to Merchandising Department Manager

• NSO Opening/Remodelling Support

  -Proposal of layout work with Space Planning team according to Merchandising layout principle

  -Support store for supplier/article select work with PCM/Head of

  -Support store provide standard presentation according to display guidance book

  -Support buying Dept to implement new concept in new store.

• Follow the project plans for the implementation of the Merchandising concepts.

• Planning the workflow in case of store remodelling/NSO regarding Merchandising concepts

• Supporting the stores in implementing the
  standard plan-o-grams

• Involve the activities with buying and operations departments (5 pillars of Merchandising)

• Involve the activities with customer department (signage & deco line)

• Developing tools like quantitative and qualitative KPIs or gap checks to ensure controlling and follow up of the Merchandising concepts implementation

• Work with the different Departments / Partners
  the implementation of the defined action plan

Skills:

• Degree / Diploma,

• Good analytical skills

• Good marketing knowledge

• Customer focus, ability to quickly grasp and adapt to MCC business

• Very good expertise in wholesale / retail business

• Excellent communication and internal negotiation skills and able to work under pressure

• Strong people management skills

• Must be fluent in English (both written &
  spoken), must be willing to learn

Experiences:

• At least 3 years of
  experience in offer and / or operation/merchandising experience in a sales environment (retail, trader, wholesale)

• Reliability
