职位描述
Job Description:
1. Supervise the Office Administrator’s reception work and back up for the receptionist;Manage working environment, telephone etiquette, stationery ordering and office supplies.
2. Manage employee leave records and provide attendance report to payroll monthly
3. Organize the company annual party/ outing/ employee activities, encourage the employees to participate in these activities. Execute part of employee welfare programs.
4. Organize and plan the 2- 3 issues of Newsletter every year
5. Manage onboarding and off boarding process appropriately
6. Support HR training activities; Provide new hires orientation training and organize New Hire Training quarterly, IT& Finance Training monthly. Design and process survey/ feedback of the employees for analysis.
7. Assist employees on Hukou and Residence Permit application.
8. Warehouse Management, check the inventory list and clean annually; supervise the clean action of samples in the office to keep the security and tidy of the working environment.
9. Provide support on Office move/ warehouse move, keep good relationships with property office and reply employees' needs.
10. Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements:
1. College degree or above,have 1-3 years admin working experience is preferred.
2. Good in both written and spoken English; Good computer skills with MS Office.
3. Interest in Admin management, good communication skills and independent work ability
4. Good team work spirit, good service mind, conscientious and detail oriented
5. Experiences in organizing employee activities will be plus.
