Responsibility:

1. Category strategy set up, by internal analysis and outside in initiative to create value

2. Manage the majority of the day-to-day purchasing operations. Typical duties include analyzing and facilitating database consolidation, contract preparing and partnering with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure effective procurement processes are followed.

3. Set up purchasing policy and process. Continue improve procurement process.

4. Supplier management.  Conduct supplier business review, drive supplier improvement, development and savings initiatives.

5. Supporting sourcing manager in collaborating and implementing internal/external projects

6. Support  related global project

1. Bachelor degree, IT and digital background preferred.

2. 5-8 years working experiences in Indirect Purchasing, and at least 3 year in IT/digital related category.

3. Familiar with procurement process, good at internal communication and strong stakeholder management/ partner mindset.

4. Results oriented with strong written and oral communications skills in both Chinese and English.

5. Proactive, self-motivated, positive attitude for problem solving.
