Basic Responsibilities基本职责（需填写）

1. 分析高端梯改造市场，挖掘改造潜在客户及需求，建立良好的客户关系；
2. alyze the high-rise MOD market, explore potential customers and needs, and build up customer good relationships;
3. 发展高端梯改造合作伙伴；
4. velop high-rise transformation partners;
5. 每年需完成3个高端梯改造项目，600万的高端梯改造任务；
6. mplete sales task for 3 high-rise MOD projects and 6 million high-rise MOD order per year
7. 作为客户的顾问，进行销售活动，协调方案制定，客户洽谈及后期施工维保；
8. a customer's consultant, sales activities, solution, negotiation, installation and maintenance;

Qualifications任职资格

1. Education & Certification教育背景和专业资格（需填写）

4. Bachelor degree or above.

l 熟悉相关的国家标准及行业标准

Be familiar with relevant the national norm and industry norm

l 熟悉高端电梯的产品配置和设计规则和理念

Be familiar with the high rise elevator product configuration and design rules

l 扎实的电梯基本知识及丰富的实践经验

Stable elevator/escalator basic knowledge and rich field experience

2. Experience工作经验（需填写）

l 5年以上高端电梯的销售、配置或现场技术经验。
