岗位职责:

As an electrical system engineer, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
? Design of elevator system architecture and master wiring diagram
? Design of elevator system integration like key components(controller, drive) integration and new feature extension
? Develop and execute the test plan
? Documentation of engineering works according to Otis product development process (e.g.: requirement, drawings, test reports, user’s manuals etc.)
? Be capable of solving electrical system problem in lab, test tower and jobsites
? Coordinate with other function to ensure program success
? Perform other duties as assigned and requested

? Correct and efficient performance of the tasks with sense of ownership
? Complete the job on target with respect to quality, time, and cost
? Support others to achieve departmental work objectives
? Self-motivated for continuous improvement of product and personal skills to adapt external environment change.

任职资格:

Work experience & skills requirements:
? Experience:
o Minimum 3 years of design experience with Master’s degree or 5 years with Bachelor’s degree preferred.
o Electrical system design, master wiring diagram, qualification test
o Electrical system debug experience is preferred
o General knowledge on Elevator industry is preferred
o Working experience in global company is preferred

? Language:
o CET-6 and above. Good in written and oral English

? Computer Skills:
o E3 tool for wiring/cable design
o Microsoft office tool set

? Other Key Competencies:
o Sense of ownership and responsibility, result oriented
o Creative and open mind, work smart and energetic
o Good interpersonal and communication skills
o Logical thinking and pro-active

? Other Preferred Experiences:
o Excel VBA coding
o Project technical leader

Educational Requirements
? Education: Bachelor or above in Automation or Electrical Engineering
