岗位职责:

1. Sales management
1）Online sales management on various platforms in China
- Implement and achieve annual/monthly sales (NS, GMV) plan
- Communication with HQ Espoir global sales teams
2）performance marketing management
- Online sales perfomance management , live (直播, 视频，图文）streaming support
- Agency management and daily communication
2. Contents mangement
1）Brand image management in China
- Brand image localization, reflecting Chinese online market environments and traits
- Commnunication with agencies on uploading or updating images on platforms (微信， 小红书，抖音， 微博)
2）Articles related with Espoir brands (BBS, Baidu, etc)
- Communication with HQ, related teams in APC (legal, CPR) or agencies for articles
- Manage agencies
3. Marketing support
1）Product support
- Product image exposing, naming, nicknaming for China local market
- Product demand planning, product contolling (库存管理), etc

任职资格:

1. Experience on make-up brand marketing
2. Fluent Korean skill
3. 3~4 years Working experience
4. bachelor degree and above
