岗位职责:

Duties, Responsibilities & Authorities:

As an electrical engineer in Human Machine Interface Division, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
? Develop product concept with pros/cons analysis
? Demonstrate design with MASC (modeling/analysis/simulation/calculation)
? Design Human Machine Interface products and IoT products
? Develop and execute the test plan
? Verify/qualify the design
? Document engineering works according to Otis product development process (e.g.: requirement, drawings, test reports, basic data etc.)
? Coordinate with other function to ensure program success
? Perform other duties as assigned and requested

? Correct and efficient performance of the tasks with sense of ownership
? Complete the job on target with respect to quality, cost and delivery
? Support others to achieve team objectives
? Self-motivated for continuous improvement of product and personal skills to adapt external environment change.

任职资格:

Work experience & skills requirements:
? Experience:
o Minimum 3 years of design experience with Master’s degree or 5 years with Bachelor’s degree
o Electrical circuit design, Component selection, qualification
o TFT,IPS,LCD,OLED displays and capacitive touch panel application experiences
o Wireless solution development experience, such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, ZigBee
o Sensor/Camera application and re-development
o IC card technology
o EMC/EMI and environment design & analysis, improvement
o IoT related experience is preferred.
o Working experience in global company is preferred

? Language
o CET-6 and above. Good in written and oral English

? Computer Skills:
o E3 tool for wiring diagram
o Microsoft office tool set

? Other Key Competencies:
o Sense of ownership and responsibility, result oriented
o Creative, open-minded, smart and energetic
o Good interpersonal and communication skills
o Logical thinking and pro-active

Educational Requirements
? Education: Bachelor or above in Electrical Engineering or similar area
