工作职责:

? Deep Dive into Category Trends, Technical trend and Business Opportunities – Identify, source, and deliver global innovation opportunities based on consumer and business insight gathered in partnership with the local BU’s. Strong analytical skills to understand business from data perspective, proactively engage regional marketing team to understand business from commercial perspective.

? Product Innovation Management – Lead end-to-end global innovation projects from concept to launch. Involving the preparation and presentation of business plans, engagement of key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time in full.

? Collaboration - Work with the regional marketing teams and cross-function teams to deliver global NPD launches.

? Resource Management - Owner of A&P budget, expense monitoring and budget planning.

? Main deliverables – Global mid-long term product innovation development, consumer analysis on NPD, launch toolkits assets.

任职资格:

? Disruptive product innovation development experience preferred, leading end-to-end product innovation, including but not limit to concept and claim ideation, formulation/component development, package design and AW, channel strategy, pricing strategy, hypo P&L and launch assets

? 5+ years in Marketing function preferred, ideally within Beauty, open for General Food, Infant, Health or FMCG, extra project management experience is a plus

? Data, category trend and consumer insight analysis experience preferred

? Cross functional collaboration with strong leadership

? Engage and influence without authority to support

? Presentation skills to engage senior management
