1）Visit customers together with sales staff, introduce company products and design application solution, Provide products training for customers including SI,EU and EUSD during pre-sale after-sale stage;

2）Provide technical support for customers' issue : Provide on-site services, analyze the cause and troubleshoot the fault phenomenon, Summarize the cause of failure and feedback to relevant departments;

3）Develop new solutions to meet customer and market needs, built up overall solutions architecture based on Schneider IAC products including both hardware and software;

4）Summarize segment application knowhow and technical knowledge sharing, Cooperate with other department for the marketing promotion;


Education

1) Bachelor ,Major in Automation, Electromechanical;

2）English CET4 , general oral communication;


Experience:

1) Over3 years in engineering and technical experience in automation industry;

2) Have engineering support experiences in industrial projects with competency on system design 、software programming automatic equipment debugging;

3) Have experiences in the segments of Chemical O&G WWW Metal, applicants with related DI engineering or SI background understanding technological application are prior;
