Description:

l Product management of power monitoring meters and communication gateways.

l Define and implement of business strategies for power meter/gateway offers in China market, create and complete the C4C/C4G offer portfolio to secure the mkt leadership

l In charge of commercial business target realization in China,including annual sales target, integral margin target, develop efficient plans to achieve annual business target

l Close working with commercial team, define the strategy of Way to Market, channel management and pricing policy in order to achieve ambitious business growth in MET product line

l Manage local sales promotion tools, including catalogues, product flash, specification file and etc.

l Identify special application requests in different market segments and make development plan.

l New business opportunity investigation for power quality business in China market

l Responsible for competitive product comparison and pricing analysis

 l Provide cooperative support to marketing communication team, sales team and partners according to needs.

l Delivery of sales and technical training

l Interface with global product manager

Qualifications:

l Deep understanding and insight of power monitoring products’ competition environment, key customers’ needs and applications, typical Go-To-Mkt business models in this field.

l Know how to influence sales teams without direct management of them.

l 5+ years working experience on power monitoring domain and 2+ years’ experience in product marketing

l Digital or IoT working experience is a strong plus

l Demonstrated success defining and launching market leading products

l Self-starter who is hungry to take on new professional challenges, and looking for roles with enormous growth potential

l Excellent spoken and written English

l Excellent communication, presentation and planning skills

l Ability to work well under pressure to deadlines

Education:

Engineering Bachelor degree or above

Major: Electrical engineering or Automation
