Key Tasks and Responsibilities：

• Work with cross-functional teams together to build product requirements and support successful launch of product.

• Identify needs for process changes (demands) in alignment with user departments.

• Support the demand analysis and business solution definition of according to the defined processes.

  And coordinate demand approval by business representatives.

• Work with external vendors (e.g. Software company) to establish the interface connection with Metro

• Responsible for managing and communicating issues to business teams and internal project teams.

• Evaluate solution development effort and control the development quality, and make technical sign off.

• Support the user acceptance test of project implementation.

• Act as IT project manager to implement the approved solution. And coordinate and execute user training (in co-operation with local HR department).

• Manage the deployment and
  roll out of modified or new business solutions.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other related majors.

• Good oral and written English (CET 4+).

Experience:

• SAP FI, SAP/HR and SAP Basis is a must.

• Knowledge about retail business process.

• 1-2 year ERP project management experience.

• Experience of ABAP develop, writing technical document, business requirement documents and user manuals is preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong writing English skills together with good communication, paperwork.

• Strong Finance and controlling knowledge.

• Familiar with SAP HR, Basis and ABAP develop.

• Have strong problem solving & analytical skills.

• Communication skills, presentation skills.

• Teamwork player, willing to work under pressure.

• Know basic Oracle, SQL server and My SQL.
