Mission:
1. Responsible for planning, coordination and supervising sales activities in order to achieve planned yearly turnover, Gross profit in Region.负责计划、协调、管理销售活动,完成个人每年销售目标和利润。
2. Cooperate with Distributors.与代理商的协作
3. Responsible for implementation of marketing /sales concepts, strategies. At the same time being close to the needs of the local market and target groups and plans, coordination, support all marketing /sales activities, also concerning new products in order to achieve the planned yearly turnover and gross profit. 执行销售/市场的政策,同时要与当地的市场、目标、计划相符合,支持所有市场/销售方面的活动,包括新产品的推广,完成每年计划销售目标和利润增长。
Contacts:
Internal: Sales, MKT, and other sales and commercial staff mainly.
External: Distributors and key Accounts etc.
T a s k s:
1.Sales Management Activitie: Customer and Distributor Relationship Management 客户和代理商关系的管理
2.Meet(over achieve) area sales target, improve the profits. 达成(超额完成)销售目标, 提高利润率。
3.Keep close contacts with distributors and key customers, including new customer acquisitions. 日常与现有代理商和重要客户保持密切联系,并获得新客户。
4.Reduce the instrument inventory 减少设备库存
5.Cooperate with project team. 与公司的项目团队合作。
6.Marketing Activities: To analyze local market structures, changes and new market trends, review with supervisor and react according to market. 分析本地市场的构成、变化和新发展趋势,与主管回顾并根据市场作出反应。
7.To support supervisor to control of profitability of distributors, target groups, key products, instrument platform. 支持主管对代理商的利润率、目标客户群、核心产品及工具平台进行管理。
8.To support and attend congresses, symposia, presentations etc. 支持并参加研讨会、会议等。
9.Supports market research on the sales front and the corresponding feedback to Sales/MKT Department and Technical Support. 支持市场调研,并将相应的情况反馈给销售/市场和技术支持部门。
10.Other marketing or related projects or tasks assigned by supervisor or company. 其它上级或公司指派的项目或任务。
K n o w l e d g e:
1.At least 2 years in medical device sales or related fields, familiar with technical products sales
2.Effective communication skills both written and verbal
3.Is highly computer literate with good experience in using Microsoft Office applications
4.Has a thorough knowledge of Company Procedures and Policies
5.Good understanding of the Financial system operated within the company
6.A broad based knowledge of the products within the In-Vitro Diagnostics industry
7.Relevant and demonstrable knowledge of the market in which MED Dx operates
E x p e r i e n c e:
1.Experience in sales and marketing within diagnositcs industry. Adequate knowledge about diagnostics products and its major feastures, applications and advantages. Excellent project management experience and proven success record.
2.Sales, marketing, business development or relevant functions.
3.Strong cooperation and coordination abilities. Excel under pressure. Ambition and enthusiam for business growth.
4.Good language skills incl. Chinese. Can work well with staff and customers from diversifed backgrounds.
