This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader and business person who would like to lead a team to achieve sustainable profitable growth with high focus on market share and consolidated profitability for oil and gas business in the China market.

What will you do?

- Responsible for the results of Connectivity in terms of NIS and consolidated gross profit.

- Develop the oil and gas marketing while also maintaining and growing revenue from existing customers.

- Meet or exceed established business targets through intensive prospecting and selling.

- Keep good relationship with customers in oil and gas industry and develop related customers.

- Identify products from Atlas Copco portfolio that meet oil and gas specifications and recommend product modifications as required.

- Develop and implement the right business strategy to maximize business results with these customers and markets.

- Review business development strategies on a regular basis and recommend modifications and enhancements that will secure sales results in line with growth targets.

- You will lead a sales team to implement aligned strategy to improve market coverage and hit rate.

- Represent the Company at trade shows and conferences, as required.

- Maintain effective lines of communication with the relevant Business Development Managers, Regional Managers and Product Managers.

- Continuously pursue knowledge and understanding of economic and industry trends and news that may affect the oil and gas industry.

You will report to the Business Line Manager of the OFA.

We believe that you are a successful businessperson with extensive experience in sales. You are customer orientated and result orientated.

Ideally you are coming from oil and gas industry or having strong oil and gas business background. Rich experience in management both in team and project as well as solution sales. Of course, good command of compressor knowledge is a strong plus for you.

You have good communication skills in English.

You have a university degree with a solid technical and business background. You have good finance understanding.
