What you’ll do
1. Maintain high customer satisfaction in the target areas for the specific products of Life Science equipment
2. Manage territory service activity and ensure the quality to meet company measurements and business target
3. Drive market penetration for the specific products of LS equipment in target areas
4. Provide high level technical support to customers including installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting and necessary trainings
5. Coach and help new team members to improve their service capabilities

Who you are    

Qualifications/Requirements :
6. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a minimum four years of service/technical support experience.
7. Proven experience leading a team, managing customer relationships, and/or managing a P&L or comparable business unit.
8. Ability to develop and execute multiple priorities and approaches to meet objectives.
9. Exceptional interpersonal skills

Desired Characteristics :
10. Bachelor's degree or above
11. Majored in Biomedical engineering, Computer, Electronic, Automation, etc
12. 3-5 year or above working experience (Life Science application and equipment svc related
preferred)
13. English proficiency (CET-4 or above)
14. High integrity & discipline
15. Excellent communication & presentation skill, strong interpersonal skill
16. Capability of working under pressure
