岗位职责:

1, Lead talent selection process and analyze the overview result.
2, Have capability to build up IDP for talent with the stakeholders.
3, Take full ownership of acting as program manager of talent development program for high-potentials to design, plan, organize, implement and evaluate as a whole.
4, Be responsible for the digital transfermation learning program to plan, coordinate, consolidate and evaluate, including partially sub-program implementation.

任职资格:

-5-8 years working experience, focus on HR\Learning, experience on talent management and organization development is a must
-Have expertise knowledge in Talent Management and Development areas
-Organizational development experience with change management knowledge
-Logical thinking, quick learning ability, integrating multiple resources to drive results
-Good at planning & organization, managing complexity and pressure management
-Good relationship intelligence, influence & convincing, training skills
-Customer centric and business oriented
