工作职责:

Key Responsibilities

? Support the Brand Manager to deliver year-round integrated brand campaigns as required.

? Review mandarin campaign copy and creative designs to ensure messaging and imagery is on-brand for Biostime yet drives local consumer appeal and engagement.

? Support NPD with the development, launch and marketing of new products, including brand and product positioning, pricing, translation, packaging and label design, copy writing, retailer presentations and launch plans.

? Work closely with Trade Marketing on the planning and execution of in-store activity, promotions/sales events and retailer campaign requirements.

? Provide insights on Chinese consumer groups and China market

? Excellent communication skills both in English and Mandarin – verbal and written

? Highly organized with good time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once

? Ability to adapt quickly and be flexible in a fast paced environment

? Effectively manage internal and external stakeholder expectations

? Passionate about a healthy, happy lifestyle

Qualifications and Experience

? Tertiary qualified in Marketing or related discipline

? 4 or more years’ experience in a consumer marketing environment or advertising agency

? Demonstrated end-to-end IMC campaign marketing experience across various touchpoints

? Demonstrated end-to-end channel activation experience especially in-store promotional events.

? Demonstrated end-to-end new product development and activation

? Relevant channel experience and insight, like baby-store or cosmetics-store channel is preferred.
