To support the region service team regarding order management, parts supply and process excecution.

Key Responsibilities/essential functions include:

• Place and escalate parts orders for field engineers when necessary, monitor order status and send out daily order tracker report.
• Manage regional sub-inventories to ensure better parts availability. Support and monitor good and bad return process for spare parts.
• Check service report integrity, close service report in time and ensure inventory visibility and accuacy.
• Maintain extended warranty data timely to increase visibility and ensure ontime service delivery.
• Routinely analyze metrics on field service performance, work force, parts supply status and process execution to maximize productivity, increase service quality and finally to drive overall customer satisfaction.
• Support field engineers on local soucing of materials and service required in onsite jobs.
• Deliver training courses to field engineers regarding operation process and monitor executive effectiveness.
• Review development and delivery of process improvement to service operation manager and regional service managers.

Quality Specific Goals:

1. Aware of and comply with the Global Life Sciences Technologies Quality/EHS Manual, Quality/EHS Management System, Quality/EHS Management Policy, Quality/EHS Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.

2. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.

3. Identify and report any and all customer quality or compliance concerns immediately to the Quality Organization.

4. Identify and report any personal quality or compliance concerns immediately to the Quality Organization.

5. Ensure timely dispatch closure.

6. Ensure completion of all field modifications instructions (FMI’s) within prescribed timeframe. Participate in continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and product quality gaps, providing solutions when possible.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree with 1 years operational or analysis experience in the technical, healthcare or business environment or equivalent (defined as High School Diploma/ Global Life Sciences Technologies and 3 years progressive experience in operational analysis, technical, healthcare or business environment.)

2. Experience with working with cross functional teams to achieve business goals.

4. Ability to resolve complex issues within functional area and/or area of expertise
