Job Description:
-Build, develop and maintain our local Chinese Technical function.
-To work in compliance with company subsidiaries in technical issues.
-Drive and contribute in developing process oriented work.
-Contribute in engineering projects.
-Establish action plans on technical corrective issues.
-Give input on technical pre-requisites for development of future suppliers.
-Contribute in developing our business in China.

Job Requirement:
-University graduate in Engineering Experienced in Hydraulic skills, focus on technical development.
-Experiences from technical projects in multinational companies.
-Good knowledge about Inventor.
-Instructions in InDesign.
-Hydraulic and block design.
-Expert in hydraulic drawings.
-Ability to work co-operatively in teams and in multicultural environment.
-Drive for result.
-Good communication skills and fluent in English is a requirement, If you are not Chinese, willing to learn Mandarin.
-Analytic and good understanding of benchmarking tools and methodology.
-Focus on quality, delivery performance and with a desire to exceed expectations.
-Ability to prioritize among own work/tasks/meetings and have a structured way of working.
-High degree of business ethics and integrity.
-Ability to build and withhold trustful relationships as well as use facts to gain trust, consensus and alignment, internally and externally.
