We are looking for Technical Solution Owner to join the China digital solution team in KONE Services and Solutions R&D China. In this role you are responsible for local product ownership & lifecycle management on China digital solution team to develop web/Mobile based solution in cloud platform. Ownership includes managing and coordinating local solution requirement & development, component integration, feedback handling & continuous improvement by following business and technology direction.

 

The China digital solution team is part of the global 24/7 connected service Tribe who is in charge of all KONE’s global 24/7 connected solutions and support other areas to enable the KONE digital solutions & services. 24/7 connected solutions KONE targets to offer new solutions and services to our customers and contribute to KONE’s mission to improve the flow of urban life. This is a new established Devops team with very attractive development opportunities

Responsibilities and key activities:

Working together with local business team & customer to explore the new requirement on digital solutions and services, work with customer to explore digital service and solutions for new requirement.

Groom & prioritize the China digital solution backlog with local business owner and global product owner, and develop the use cases & define the acceptance criteria

Coordinating the devops team to develop and integrate plans about China local requirement and global R&D teams  

Coordinating the product validation activities, and follow-up the product feedbacks (including e.g. quality feedback, field feedback, etc.) & coordinate the actions to fulfill the result

Driving the continuous improvement on China digital solutions & operations

Coordinating and solving technical problems, provide technical support for FLs/customers/partners during the product lifecycle management

Participation in new concept and development projects for digital solutions and services

We expect you to have

Bachelor or master degree in computer science, computer application, electronic engineering or similar

Over 7 years’ experience in R&D field including min 3 years’ experience of technical product owner or similar positions, e.g. having hands-on experience in backlog grooming & management, requirement analysis, user story creation in commercial projects/solutions. And solution design, development and integration in digital solution or cloud domain would be a plus.

Experience in communication with various stakeholders (including global R&D, and also market / customers) on product/solution promotion with existing roadmap & offering, and also explore the new requirements & create the user cases with clear business value

Experience working in PO, SM or other agile roles, certified PO is a plus.

Knowledge & experience on at least 2 of the following areas, e.g.

· Web technology such as HTML5, Javascript etc.

· Cloud, e.g. Azure/ Amazon / Ali /IBM Cloud

· Cybersecurity related development

Experience working in global organization, and coordinate R&D work within the lean org including both local & global team. 

Knowledge and experience of agile/scrum product development

Ability to multi-task, and have sense of time-management & priority management

Ability to learn and work fast in the dynamic & fast paced work environment

Strong sense of ownership and self-motivated & passion to win

Good communication & co-ordination skills, and team work spirit

Good English writing & speaking and presentation skills.
