工作要求Job  Requirements 

1. 熟悉MS Office软件和喷涂制程改善能力； Good knowledge of MS office and painting process improvement capability; 

2. 良好的英语听说读写； Good command Both Oral and written English skill; 

3. 熟悉汽车配件喷涂线的工艺流程及汽车业外观件的标准和功能要求； Familiar with painting line process of vehicle components and know the standard of appearance and function ; 

4. 良好的解决问题、人际交往及领导能力。 Good problem solving, interpersonal skills and leadership qualities. 

5. 表面处理， 化工工程与工艺，机械制造相关工程背景专业本科及以上学历 Bachelor degree or above in surface treatment, chemical engineering and technology or related engineering background

岗位职责 Job Responsibility 

1. 负责新项目的导入和工艺开发； Be responsible for the introduction of new project and process development; 

2. 负责喷涂制具的开发和改善； Be responsible for the rack development and improvement; 

3. 负责喷涂程序和参数的设定； Be responsible for painting program and parameter set up 

4. 负责制作产品的工艺文件； Be responsible for process document; 

5. 负责对员工进行技术培训； Be responsible for training operators; 

6.负责项目的持续改善和优化; Be responsible for continuous improvement and optimization 

7.负责对潜在业务在喷漆制程的报价，协助销售对新业务的获取 Be responsible for new project quotation of painting process, to support sales for new business aquisition 

8.服从上级安排，完成上级交办的共它工作； Complete other assignments given by supervisors.
