Purpose of the Job 工作目的
#1 Response for National Digital UTC Project overall management which related to over 200M rmb investment as well as 18MKHL volume
#2 Response for China Sales promoter over management including recruitment, training, process, and target setting etc.
As investment owner need to drive both top-line and bottom line to support company growth

Accountabilities 职责
- National Digital UTC / Local UTC Planning/Execution/Tracking/Improvement
- Collaborate with PPM/In-home, marketing, solution strategy on new innovative promotion mechanism development
- Data analysis, Consumer insight/behaviour understanding/Business Performance tracking dashboard
- People management & leading both 2 investments transform to next generation
