The key responsibilities including:  

• Portfolio Management

• Pricing strategies design and execution

• Market intelligence management

• Market research on new applications, new product development, market trends and seek new market opportunities

• Competition market study and regular data update

• New Product Development and commercialization

• Integrated Business Plan execution (IBP)

• Operational Marketing for selected Market Segments

• Create product content and selling tools to sales team

   

   

  QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor degree or above, MBA preferred

• More than 5 year working experience as marketing and at least 3 year sound working experience as portfolio market. Sales experience preferred

• Working experience in tape and adhesive industry is preferred

• Good business acumen, insight on market information search and screening

• Good listening and questioning skill and data analysis skill

• Business development experience and skill is a plus

• Time driven & self-motivation

• Able to work Independently

• Good communication and interpersonal skill, a team player.

• Excellent command of written & oral English

• Excellent PC skills on Office.
