Responsibilities：

1. · Upgrade and Maintenance of IP- databases

- Upgrade to a more efficient new IP databases especially the counterfeiting database.

- The archiving of Collected/notarized evidences of infringement or use

- Maintenance of IP-databases.

2. · Online enforcement.

- Online enforcment strategy.

- Infringing listings removal from various E-Commerce platforms.

- Communication with E-Commerce platforms.

3. · Test Buys

- Test-buy executions

- Test-buy documentation and archiving

- Test-buy identification and analysis

4. · Support the offline enforcement

- Raid actions

- Administrative IP cases

- Criminal IP cases

- IP Civil litigation

- Trade fairs survey/enforcement.

5. · Miscellaneous

- The trademark opposition/cancellation support such as evidence collection.

- Patent invalidation support

- Coordination of cooperating law firms and official bodies.

- Internal communication.

- PR related to IP.

- Some other paralegal and administrative work.

Qualifications

- University graduate or above with main subject IP.

- Preferably, at least 1 year of work experience in industry or a law firm dealing with Trademarks, Designs, and Patents.

- Patent background or PRC bar are big plus but not must.

- High proficiency in Mandarin and English. German language skills are advantageous.
