Detail Principal Activities Performed by the Incumbent 该职位主要职责
1. Work with Marketing and coordinate with field sales to develop and manage the annual Marketing & Sales Activity Calendar.
2. Participate in the monthly Sales & Marketing meeting to make agreement with Marketing about the Rolling 5-Month Marketing & Sales Activity Plan with execution priority.
3. Timely communicate the promotion plans to field sales with clear elaboration.
4. Lead and conduct promotion project meeting with Marketing and relevant functions to work out the forecast, and develop the action plan with resource allocation.
5. Work with Marketing, Key Account, and Category Management teams to develop the selling kits for promotion listing to customers.
6. Coordinate with HQ functions to communicate the promotion action plan and agreed distribution and display targets to field sales.
7. Track the promotion progress and ensure the major deliverables on time, gather and share the key findings and learning with field sales team.
8. Effectively use the merchandising and promotion materials with follow-through on the materials inventory.
9. Effectively manage the assigned budget with timely update with Marketing and Finance.
10. Evaluate the promotion effectiveness with timely review report.
11. Performs other relevant duties as and when assigned.

1. Disciplined manager with strategy and priority development capabilities.
2. Effective communicator ( good English and good mandarin- written and spoken).
3. Winning and resilient attitude.
4. Minimum 6 years experience in FMCG industry and specialize in trade marketing and key account management.
5. Strong interpersonal skill and proficient selling skill.
6. Strong analytical and organizing skills to effectively present and implement action plans.
7. Good command in English & computer applications, e.g. Office software.
8. University education; A team player and a good team leader; Set high standards and be proactive in making things happen.
