This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader and business person who would like to lead a team to achieve sustainable profitable growth with high focus on market share and consolidated profitability for BeaconMedaes business in the China market.


What will you do?

- Responsible for the profit & loss and the balance sheet for the business line in China market.

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies in alignment with global marketing team and promote BeaconMedaes brand to build and reinforce market share and profitability.

- Plan and implement sales & marketing activities to meet the NIS, consolidated profit, working capital, functional cost efficiency as well as customer satisfaction targets.

- Develop professional sales network by territory and improve sales efficiency through systemic management.

- Manage sales team to build up solid relationships with key-customers, distributors, engineering company and other indirect sales channels.

- Play a key role in the development of medical gas standards in the Chinese market

- Build a strong aftermarket support in China market

- Attain strategic plan and measurements for medical gas products development and launch.

- Alignment of commercial resources, such as product pricing.

- Define and implement cost control plans, and constantly monitoring the results.

- Manage sales and marketing team to work closely with other departments to improve the productivity by offering total solution to customer and on implementation of projects.

- Set up sales promotion actions, such as ads, exhibitions and seminars, etc.

- Minimum of 50% travel may be required

You will report to the General Manager of the Compressor Technique China Customer Center.

We believe that you are a successful businessperson with extensive experience in sales. You are customer orientated and result orientated.

Ideally you are coming from medical equipment industry. Experienced in dealing with sales of complex nature, with demanding local customers as well as selling through strong distributors. You have a proven track record in sales management

You have excellent communication skills in English.

You have a university degree with a solid technical and business background. You have good finance understanding.
